Cancellation & Refund Policy

ASHISH MATHUR believes in helping its customers as much as possible and has therefore a liberal
cancellation policy. Under this policy:
• Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after signing the contract of engagement. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained after 24 hours of signing the contract of engagement.
• ASHISH MATHUR does not accept cancellation requests for any reason. However, the refund can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of service was not up to ICF standards as mentioned in the contract.
• In case of any concerns or non-adherence to the terms of contract, please report the same to our Customer Service team. This should be reported within the same day of Signing the contract of engagement.
• In case of complaints regarding the code of conduct or ICF service guidelines, please report the same to our Customer Service team to investigate.
In case of any Refunds approved by the ASHISH MATHUR, it’ll take 16-30 Days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
